SELL Terms of Use

These terms form an agreement between you and (ABN ) when you use SELL. They apply to SELLyourTime, SELLyourItem, dashboards, messages and related services.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information, maintain one appropriate account type, keep credentials and verification codes confidential, and notify us of unauthorised access. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. A person under 18 must use the service only with any consent or supervision required by law. Company users confirm they are authorised to act for the named organisation.
Jobs, companies and applications
Companies may publish only genuine, current and lawful opportunities. Advertisements must not be misleading, discriminatory or request prohibited payments or information. Job seekers must provide truthful application information. SELL provides a technology platform and does not guarantee employment, candidate suitability, identity, qualifications, workplace conditions or hiring outcomes. Employers remain responsible for lawful recruitment and workplace obligations.
Marketplace listings and transactions
List only goods or services you own or are authorised to offer and that are lawful and permitted by SELL policies. Descriptions, photos, price, condition and location must be accurate. Counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, recalled, regulated or prohibited items are not allowed. Buyers and sellers are responsible for inspecting items, agreeing payment and delivery, and complying with consumer and other laws. SELL is not the buyer, seller, payment provider or delivery provider unless expressly stated.
Messages, content and acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, scrape, spam, distribute malware, collect data without authority, bypass security controls, manipulate search results, or use SELL for fraud or unlawful conduct. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant SELL a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, format and display it as needed to operate, moderate and promote the service. You confirm you have rights to the content you upload.
Moderation and account action
SELL may review reports; request verification; limit reach; pause, remove or preserve content; suspend accounts; and cooperate with authorities where reasonably necessary for safety, law, platform integrity or these terms. Automated and human moderation may make mistakes. Users may contact support to request review of a decision. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent removal.
Special Offers, fees and payments
SELL may offer optional paid placement called a Special Offer. The price, duration and currency are shown before purchase. A Special Offer changes placement and visual presentation but does not guarantee views, messages, applications, sales or any other outcome. Paid placement is labelled so users can distinguish it from standard results. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment provider. Except where required by law or where SELL states otherwise, a promotion that has already started is not refundable merely because it received fewer responses than expected.
Availability and third-party services
Features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. Links and integrations supplied by third parties are governed by their own terms. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Keep independent copies of important records and communications.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. To the extent permitted by law, SELL is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, user conduct, employment decisions, listing quality, off-platform transactions, or third-party services. Any final limitation wording and insurance position must be reviewed by an Australian lawyer before launch.
Ending use and governing law
You may stop using SELL and request account deletion from account settings. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination continue to apply. These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of , Australia, subject to mandatory laws that apply to you. Contact with questions or dispute notices.
